   4. Jeremy Phelan – Nelson Hoops Association
   5. Phil Rees –  Nelson Minor Hockey Association
   6. Sara Smith – Nelson Minor hockey Association
   7. Penny Coldwell – Nelson Volleyball Club
   8. Doris Hausleitner – Nelson Cross Country Skiing
   9. Keith Bridger – Nelson Tennis Club
   10. Linda McKay – Nelson Pickle Ball
   11. Bev Lake – Nelson Pickle Ball

3. Adoption of agenda: 1./ Dave  2./ Alex
4. Financial Report:
   1. Kristina reviewed the Financial statements with Attendees.
   2. Dave explained the Zamboni Fund and its origin to attendees
   3. Dave also explained the Osprey Fund and how it works.
5. Elections:
   1. Nominations from the floor
      1. Penny Coldwell was nominated and was accepted and will be the Treasurer
   2. Appreciation for outgoing members
      1. Kristina Little will not carry on for another term
      2. Alex Ulaszonek stepping down as Chair but remaining on as Board Member
6. Other Business
   1. Alex Meeting with Via Sport regarding funding.
   2. Dave attending meeting with REC 5 Commission October 18th 2023.
   3. Roger Pratt – Could a bowling alley be built into an apartment building?
   4. Kristina Little – If the curling rink could get a concrete Floor, then it could serve as a multi-use facility. Ex. Pickle ball could be played there in Summer months
   5. Dave McCulloch – Could the Soccer Club house and curling rind be bulldozed and converted into a multi-use Facility?
   6. Bev Lake – Racking and Stacking a few user groups into one facility
   7. Sara Smith –  Why are elected Officials saying no to user groups and shutting down these conversations?
   8. Angela Sherstobitoff – Met with Craig and Joe of RDCK to express concerns like the above and she stated that nothing happened and there was no follow up…..why the ZERO follow up?

   2. Penny Coldwell – Treasurer – Signing Officer
   3. Barbara Brych – Secretary 
   4. Alex Ulaszonek – Board Member – Signing officer

      1. Any two of Alex. Dave or Penny to sign.
